Registration for our annual Christmas Tree Collection is now closed. Thank you to everyone who signed up and made a donation to the Hospice.
Please leave your tree outside your home by midnight on Thursday 8 January. Our team of volunteers will collect it by the end of 11 January to be recycled.
Last year, our supporters helped us raise over £20,000 by donating and recycling their trees, and with the help of our volunteers, we collected over 1000 Christmas trees. We're working with our Event Delivery Partner Arthur David again this year. We're so grateful for their support, lending us their vans, staff and expertise to us plan and complete our Christmas Tree Collection.
Once collected, the trees are recycled in various forms, including into wood chippings, used as enrichment for animals at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm and converted into energy via a biomass boiler.
