Nurses are an integral part of many of our Hospice teams, working both in a patient's home, care homes and the Hospice building. They provide high quality care and support tailored to meet each patient's physical, social, spiritual and emotional needs. Our nurses work closely with other members of the Hospice team, and our community healthcare colleagues, along with those important to the patient, such as family members.

Due to the storm predicted to arrive this weekend and the rare red weather warning issued by The Met Office across Bristol and the South West, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event.
