How We Are Funded

How we are funded

St Peter's Hospice is a charity. All our services are provided completely free of charge for everyone in our care. We deliver essential expert care for patients and their loved ones, but only 20% of our services are paid for by the NHS.

The rest is raised through our charity shops, and fundraising activities such as events. Gifts in Wills are also an important source of income, paying for the care of almost one in five of all our patients.

For information on making a donation, or to find out about our free Will-writing services, please contact our fundraising team on 01275 391 400 or supportercare@stpetershospice.org.

Important Announcement: Light Up a Life Event on 7 December cancelled

Due to the storm predicted to arrive this weekend and the rare red weather warning issued by The Met Office across Bristol and the South West, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event.

We know how important this event is for our community and we share your disappointment, but the safety of our patients and supporters is our highest priority.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us via community@stpetershospice.org
