Donated Goods: we will exchange or issue a credit note for items of clothing if returned with original tags attached and a valid receipt, within 14 days to any St Peter's Hospice Shop.
Faulty Donated Goods: we will not accept returns for any other donated items unless faulty (if returned with original tags attached and a valid receipt) and then we will refund, exchange or issue a credit note.
New Goods: we will exchange items (or offer a credit note) if returned with original tags attached, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt, within 14 days to any St Peter's Hospice Shop.
Faulty New Goods: will be refunded if returned with original tags attached, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt, within 14 days to any St Peter’s Hospice Shop.
