We support qualified healthcare professionals and students seeking placements by offering opportunities to work alongside our specialist clinical teams in a collaborative and supportive environment. We welcome applications for both single-day experiences and longer placements via the form below.
Due to the high volume of placement requests we receive, each application is carefully reviewed in partnership with the relevant clinical team, taking into account their capacity to provide appropriate support.
Psychological Therapy and Counselling Students
We work in partnership with the University of the West of England (UWE) to support students on agreed courses. At present, we are unable to accommodate students from other institutions.
We also offer regular Professional Visitor Afternoons for students and professionals working in health and social care. These sessions provide an opportunity to learn more about the work of the hospice. Further information, including upcoming dates, can be found on our Professional Visitors page
