If you are a healthcare professional and need to send in confidential information about a patient please phone 0117 915 9430 and we will give you the appropriate secure email address. We aim to response to patient care enquires submitted on this form within 2-3 working days.

We are delighted to enable British Sign Language users to contact our clinical advice line using a free British Sign Language video interpreter.

Carers support line

If you are a carer, you can call our carers support line. Our social work team can be contacted whether you just need to talk, or need advice on accessing services on 0117 915 9450, 10am-4pm, Monday-Friday.
