Arthur David, Food with Service was started in 1962 by Arthur & Diana David. They built the business by providing excellent customer service. Originally it provided daily deliveries of fresh fruit and vegetables, but in recent years has expanded to provide fine food ingredients and frozen products as well. Arthur David is committed to living by their five core values, which are: Customer Service, Quality, Team work, Excellence and Respect. It employs over 400 local people and delivers to over 2,500 customers throughout the south of England and Wales.
St Peter's Hospice became one of our sponsored charities in 2023, and we were delighted to be given the opportunity to support one of their flagship events, the Tour de Bristol. Our first 'Tour' was 2024 and we enjoyed every minute of it - it is a highly organised and beneficial charity event, which everybody involved should be very proud of. We're proud to continue our support of all the expert care the Hospice gives to individuals and families across the South West.
It's a fantastic event to be involved with and we truly have a fantastic time supporting the cyclists by providing and manning the feed stations. It really is heart warming to see so many people coming together for an amazing cause. If we can help by giving them a boost whilst completing the event, then that's a good day for us!
