Dedicate your loved one's name to our Book of Remembrance. Our calligrapher will inscribe their name into the Book as a wonderful way to remember those close to your heart.
Add a Name to the Book
If you'd like to add a name to the 2025 Book of Remembrance, you can do so through our donation form.
When asked 'What is your reason for donating?' please select Book of Remembrance, and include the name(s) you wish to add.
We are no longer able to add names to the physical Book before the Remembrance Event on 6 December. However, they will still be included in the digital Book, and added to the physical Book in the new year.

The Book of Remembrance will be available to view at the Hospice Remembrance Event on Saturday 6 December.
From January, you can also arrange to come and view it separately at a time that suits you.
