On the day of the house clearance, you don't necessarily need to be at the property yourself. Our team is happy to do whatever is most convenient for you. We can collect keys via a key safe, a neighbour or an estate agent if you prefer.

We can clear all items from a house and outbuildings with the exception of confidential paperwork and IT equipment with personal details, and any hazardous chemicals normally found in a garage or shed.
Where do we sell your items after we have collected them?
Items from the clearance are sorted and then sold through our furniture shops in Clifton, Brislington and Horfield, our high street shops or eBay shop, generating income for St Peter's Hospice. By using this service, you will be helping to fund our important work - thank you so much.
