Our carers sessions are designed for people caring for a loved one with an incurable illness. Our aim is for carers to come together to share experiences, have emotional support discussions, socialise and gain as much information as possible.
In our peer support drop-in sessions, it is exactly that, peer support - you as a carer should be the most important person in the room. The biggest challenge carers often face is a lack of a personal support network - particularly with people in a similar position.
All our sessions offer the chance to catch up with fellow carers and chat to the Psychological Therapies Team, and are free to attend.
Please check this page on the day of your visit in case of any cancellations.
