How can you give us your feedback?
Should you have a cause for concern please talk to a member of staff directly, as hopefully many issues can be resolved immediately. There are a number of ways you can make a suggestion, compliment or complaint:
- You can complete the online form at the bottom of this page.
- You can provide anonymous feedback by completing a short online survey at iWantGreatCare.
- You can complete one of our comment cards in person which are located in various areas of the Hospice and drop it into one of the securely locked boxes or give it to a member of staff.
