St Peter's wins Outstanding Collaboration Award

07 Nov 2025

Patient Care Stories

We are thrilled to be part of the team that won the Outstanding Collaboration Award at the North Bristol NHS Trust Annual Staff Awards.

With over 550 nominations for various awards, it's a real honour for St Peter's to be acknowledged for our work as part of the Palliative Care and Psychology Interstitial Lung Disease Multidisciplinary Team. Our partnership work has been ongoing over the past six years.

Together with the Interstitial Lung Disease team, we've built a service that ensures patients living with life-limiting respiratory illness can access compassionate hospice care when they need it most.

Our Head of Clinical Engagement, Caroline Mundy, said: "This award reflects the dedication, teamwork and compassion that drives everything we do. Working together means we can offer patients the best possible care and support, and we’re delighted to be part of this recognition."

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at North Bristol NHS Trust and to all who make joined-up, compassionate care a reality every day.
