Feedback

At St Peter's Hospice, our aim is to provide the best possible service to anyone who has contact with us.

We value your feedback

Your voice matters to us at St Peter's. Whether you've experienced our services as a patient, carer, supporter, customer, volunteer – or in any other role – we want to hear from you.

Your feedback helps us to grow, improve, and continue providing the highest quality of care and support. Whether you have a compliment, suggestion, comment, or concern, we welcome it wholeheartedly.

Raising concerns or making a complaint

We understand that sharing concerns can sometimes feel overwhelming. If you've experienced something that didn't meet your expectations, we are here to listen and support you. Our team will take the time to talk through your concerns and work with you to find a resolution.

If needed, we can arrange an interpreter service to ensure you feel fully heard.

We treat all concerns and complaints with the upmost confidentiality, respect and openness. Our goal is to understand your experience and respond promptly, thoroughly and with compassion.

If something isn't right please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it while the details are still fresh.
