Our Hospice at Home service provides hands on nursing care in a patient's own environment in the last weeks of life. The care is provided by Registered Nurses and Senior Health Care Assistants who are trained and experienced in End of Life care.
Care visits will be offered between 08:00 and 20:00 with limited night cover available.
